Robert was incredibly thorough and insightful during our pre-purchase inspection. He identified a handful of major defects with the property against various building codes. The property was only 3 years old and beautifully presented and without his insight we would have blindly taken on a number of risks and costs that were not obvious. All our inspections use the latest technology equipment, including thermal imaging cameras, Termatrac Radar sensor technology (helps find movement on potential termites in concealed areas) to avoid invasive inspections, Tramex moisture meters and drones for inspection of Roofs on two storey homes. Roberto provides this as a minimum service to all his customers, at no extra charge and is used as needed on all inspections.

Experience:
25 years in construction. Robert started as a carpenter apprentice at the age of 16. Diploma in Building & Construction and Builders license. Experience ranging from building new homes, renovation, extensions and additions to civil construction works ranging from construction of roads and bridges. Cert III in Civil Construction Bridge and Marine.
A change in career and lifestyle saw a new venture into pest management. Completing Cert III in Urban Pest Management (highest qualification possible) and founding and developing a market-leading pest control company for ten years. Experienced in all aspects of pest and termite management to pre-construction termite barriers, Robert’s experience and knowledge is second to none.
