Pre-Lining inspections start to inspect finer details including aesthetic finishes. At this stage the bricks have been laid, sarking and roof lining have been completed, Gutters and fascia are done and all electrical and plumbing have been roughed in and ready for sheeting. Important structural checks are done to ensure no trades have cut any framing members prior to sheeting. Roof tiles, Flashing and sarking are checked to ensure that they comply with the NCC and all brickwork is checked to ensure they are within tolerances and articulation joints are completed to code. These are just a few things we check at this stage. Pre-lining is an important stage of your build, but your build you should be in a good place if you have done the previous 2 stages.
